หัวหน้ากลุ่มในงานประชุม PTST2025 จะได้รับบัญชีผู้ใช้งานและรหัสผ่านผ่านทางอีเมลจากทีมจัดงาน เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบและใช้งานฟังก์ชันต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างครบถ้วน โดยมีสิทธิ์การใช้งานเหมือนผู้ลงทะเบียนทั่วไป ยกเว้นการสมัครสมาชิก
หัวหน้ากลุ่มมีหน้าที่หลักในการมอบหมายบทความให้กับผู้วิจารณ์ตามความเหมาะสม และรวบรวมบทความที่ผ่านการวิจารณ์แล้วเพื่อนำเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนการพิจารณาต่อไป ซึ่งรวมถึงการรับผลการวิจารณ์ การส่งต่อคำถามหรือความคิดเห็นจากผู้วิจารณ์ไปยังผู้ส่งบทความ ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้การจัดการบทความในงานประชุมวิชาการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสมบูรณ์
